Moey's Music Party CD.

Pick different CD's and put them into the player and then hit random play (so we don't know which songs are going to play) then, we just move to the music. In doing this, it helps the kids to feel the music and express their emotions in that feeling. Whether it be a silly kids song or classical or jazz etc., music needs to be a part of every childs life so they learn to listen and feel and coordinate their movements
